The fundamental mystery of the one who has already attained the state of a spiritual Guide, who knows the spiritual path that leads to the state of spiritual liberation
and who can explain the meaning and purpose of life, who shows us the way to the realisation of the Supreme Immortal Self (Atman), and the dangers and difficulties that may arise along the way, is summed up in the wise statement: “The master of any authentic form of yoga (such as, for example: Hatha Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Raja Yoga, Laya Yoga, Tantra Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Karma Yoga etc.) is made by persevering practice, exercise and direct inner experience.”
All those who, full of enthusiasm, follow the Spiritual Guide on the spiritual path (which he makes accessible – by own his example – for it followers) will also become, sooner or later, that which he is. Spiritual truths are revealed within us only and only through direct experience, as we practically (and not just theoretically) follow the spiritual path we are on.
Each form of yoga (for example: Hatha Yoga, Karma Yoga, Raja Yoga, Laya Yoga, Tantra Yoga, Bhakti Yoga) leads us to the same Supreme Truth. The knowledge of the Ultimate Godly Truth, through no matter what form of yoga, leads us to the experience of the state of spiritual liberation and implicitly allows us to discover God, both in our inner universe and everywhere else outside of us.
